★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unhöfliche Mitarbeiter. Man fragt was, wird ziemlich schnell so behandelt als wäre man dumm. Geduld ist hier auch ein Fremdwort. Werfen mit Fachwörtern um sich, der übliche Otto Normalverbraucher ist da natürlich nicht ganz so versiert. Schrecklich.
Very rude staff. You ask what, and you are quickly treated as if you were stupid. Patience is also a foreign word here. Throwing technical terms around, the usual Otto consumer is of course not quite as adept. Dreadful.
