K	Kiko Tenshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super kleine Bank. Perfekte Location und für kurzes sitzen weils draußen kalt ist auch super ;) daher auch 5 Sterne. Über die Mitarbeiter kann ich leider noch nichts sagen aber eventuell werd ich mich da mal schlau machen. Super little bench. Perfect location and for a short time sitting outside cold is also great;) therefore 5 stars. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the employees yet, but maybe I'll make up my mind there.

Bin zufrieden und fühle mich gut aufgehoben und betreut. Hoffe das bleibt auch so :) My alternative branch, so to speak, because I'm looked after somewhere else, but live nearby and do most of the work there. I am satisfied and feel in good hands and looked after. Hope it stays that way :)

Nachdem das Konto über Monate nicht aktivert werden konnte, wurde das Konto dann von mir gekündigt. Die BKS hat trotz Inaktivität des Kontos, Kontoführungsgebühren und Zinsen verrechnet - wohlgemerkt für ein Konto das niemals akitviert werden konnte! Da durch die Nichtaktiveriung auch keine Kontoauszüge abgefragt werden konnten und Seitens der Bank auch keine Versand der Kontoauszüge erfolgt, hatten wir auch keinen Überblick, dass Kosten anfallen, obwohl das Konto nicht aktivert ist. Seriöse Geschäftspartnerschaft schaut anders aus! Absolutely disappointing and dubious in B2B terms! Despite several attempts, it was not possible to activate online banking. After the account could not be activated for months, I terminated the account. Despite the inactivity of the account, the BKS charged account management fees and interest - mind you for an account that could never be activated! Since no account statements could be queried due to the non-activation and the bank did not send the account statements, we also had no overview that costs were incurred although the account was not activated. Serious business partnership looks different!
M	MP N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online Banking sollte funktionieren, das erwartet man in diesen Zeiten, irgendwo ist ein Hund drinnen. Support und co klappt gar nicht. Nach mehreren Konten und ein paar Telefonaten haben wir gekündigt. Der Spaß hat eh nur 250€ gekostet, für 0 Leistung. Außer Zeit und Ärger….. Online banking should work, that's what you expect in these times, there is a dog somewhere. Support and co doesn't work at all. After several accounts and a few phone calls, we quit. The fun cost only 250 € anyway, for 0 performance. Except for time and trouble ...
