F	Frederic Schneider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Pizza was great. Exactly what I expected from a restaurant called l‘Osteria. Its like something unfamiliar that is not too far from typical. The restaurant surprises in the little things that it is doing right. I am definitely revisiting this place when I visit Innsbruck for the next time.

Staff friendly and polite, but front door staff ignored us initially to sort take away orders, some acknowledgement of us being there would have been nice. Great value for money, I just wouldn't go again in busy times.

They seated us when we arrived at a table where other people before us ate. They did not clean the table and did not even come to serve us drinks for half an hour. I would understand if this happened during lunctime, but we went there after 3pm.I stood up at some point and reminded a waitress that we were still waiting our table to be cleaned and at least to be served drinks. However, no one showed up, so we decided to leave. When we approached the door, the waitress who seated us saw us leave but did not even bother to apologize. Go there only if you have all the patience and the time in the world. Otherwise, avoid at all costs!

We chose the shrimp gnocchi and spinach pasta with a bottle of sparkling water. We did not have to wait long. The pasta was fair, however the gnocchi not on point. It should have been more rich. Considering the almost eleven euros we paid for it should have more than four shrimps. I used the complimentary grated Parmesan cheese to make the dish more exciting. It stayed a dull dish. The pasta was okay, however the sauce could have had a more creamy sauce and the spinach was hard to find. All and all not bad, but also not great. we paid 27 euros for two average pastas and a bottle of water.
L	Little Cookie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked the place, the pizza that i ate was reallly good, like the crust was perfectly thin and the toppings were absolutely awesome. I really recommend the place. The service is also really good, the waiter Erka was gave us really good impression and gave us a good impression being a waiter. His service was great and quick and he was really kind.
E	Emad Alam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst dining experiences that I've ever had. The guy at the reception didn't seem to care to receive us, or anyone else. Everyone needed to literally follow and poke to get a response. The story continued, wait forever until anyone would take your order, another long wait just to get the drinks, and food, sub par quality for which you wait until you starve to death with countless inquiries about it from non responsive staffs who didn't seem to be bothered to attend anyone. And the music, horrible, someone just put something random and never bothered to change the tracks. Wasted a good few hours of my life here. I've been to other L'Osteria chains across Europe with amazing food quality, excellent staffs and superb atmosphere. It was sad to see the entire opposite of all those expectations in this particular restaurant from the same chain. If you don't want to spoil your evening, stay away from this place.
R	Rinku Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its very close to Hauptbahnhof, the pizzas are really good, service was also nice, pesto pasta didnt taste as per my expectations, they werent properly cooked. But pizzas were worth to give it a try. If you have some waiting time at hbf and want to grab some nice food, this is place to go.
