From raw ham to cheese to culatello, salami and wine or even a simple but great coffee. How much affection I still feel for our customers; I still remember names, tastes and habits. From half a sachet of sugar in coffee to 20 deca of raw ham with as little fat as possible. It was enough to enter and you could already understand each other with your eyes. This was just what we wanted. You have been my love, my passion, my pride, almost a source of pride if you like to show off rightfully a little .. But over time you have also become my torture, you wanted more and more, more and more, 13/14 / 16/18 hours a day together. You were part of my life but I couldn't take it anymore.
