Kein Wunder, dass es seit gut über einem Jahr nicht verkauft werden kann. Auch meine email an den Geschäftsführer blieb bislang unbeantwortet. Aus Diskretionsgründen wollte ich meine private Adresse nicht bekannt geben. Gerne hätte die Mitarbeiterin meine Geschäftsadresse haben können. Dies reichte der Mitarbeiterin mir sehr forsch mitzuteilen, dass ich somit die Unterlagen per email nicht erhalten würde. Persönlich würde ich davon Abstand nehmen je ein Objekt an ein derart blasiertes Unternehmen zum Verkauf zu übergeben. Snobismus und elitäres Getue das keiner mehr braucht. Very rude phone contact. Then I lost the desire to look at the property in St Nikolaus. No wonder it has not been sold for well over a year. My email to the managing director has also remained unanswered. For reasons of discretion, I did not want to disclose my private address. The employee would have been happy to have my business address. This was enough for the employee to inform me very briskly that I would not receive the documents by email. Personally, I would refrain from handing over an object to such a blased company for sale. Snobbery and elitism that nobody needs anymore.
