β β β β β I have been waiting for Victorinox to arrive to Vienna. I am so happy it finally got here, with its amazing range of knives, kitchen supplies, perfumes and watches. The staff is very well trained by the management and deliver an amazing experience for customers. The manager there is very well informed and knows the story of each product. Checkout there watches I am already planning to get one very soon.

β β β β β I came across this store last week when I visited Vienna.
The store itself looks very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful! They also speak English fluently!
I bought a little Swiss Army knife with a Happy Cat on it for the girlfriend and Stephan helped me deciding on a suitable pouch. He also engraved her name on one of the blades.
She was really pleased with my little present!
I can definitely recommend this store!

β β β β β An absolutely fantastic purchase experience with the staffs at this store. I ordered a limited 2022 edition Swiss Knives shipping to UK and the delivery speed was super fast and convenient. In addition, the packing quality when receiving the knives was superb and tidy. I would definitely recommend this professional store who wishes to grab your own Swiss knives in Austria???

β β β β β Weeeeeell... I walked in being pretty sure that there wouldn't be anything in the store that I needed and didn't already have. I was wrong. 30 minutes and one excellent coffee later I walked out holding a 2021 special edition Swiss Champ with a unique Damascus steel blade and my Dad's birth year as the serial number.
I came back a week later together with my 8 year old son to have his Deluxe Tinker "pimped". They took so much time showing us all the options for having the scales, tweezers, and toothpicks replaced in fancy colors. All of this just for the price of the material. When they were done, they even replaced the broken or missing springs on my 1990 Swiss Champ, which is now as good as new. Thank you for your service and the great experience!
