Ich war heute mit einem speziellen Wunsch bei mehreren Juwelieren und Uhrenhändlern in der Wiener Innenstadt. Während man mein Anliegen in den anderen Geschäften nicht lösen konnte/wollte und mich nur von einem Händler zum nächsten schickte, bin ich zufällig auf das Geschäft Jul. Hügler gestoßen. Kaum reingegangen, hat sich der Inhaber auch bereits für mich Zeit genommen und ist ohne Umschweife und authentisch auf mein Anliegen eingegangen. Kein unnötiges Herumgerede, und keine Verschleierungstaktik, was den Preis betrifft, wie das bei den anderen besuchten Händlern der Fall war. Ich habe mich als Kunde wertgeschätzt, kompetent beraten und sehr gut unterhalten gefühlt. Lieben Dank und bis bald! tl; dr: Jul. Hügler's team is competent, personable and solution-oriented. I'll be back ... and I'll bring my wife :). Today I went to several jewelers and watch dealers in downtown Vienna with a special request. While they could not / did not want to resolve my concerns in the other stores and only sent me from one dealer to the next, I happened upon the Jul. Hügler store by chance. As soon as I went in, the owner took time for me and answered my request without further ado and authentically. No unnecessary chatter, and no concealment tactics regarding the price, as was the case with the other dealers visited. As a customer, I felt valued, advised competently and very well entertained.
