Wir sind mit unseren Bikes sehr zufrieden. Good selection and above all great advice from Harry. No pressure, even if, like us, you get advice 3 times. It is fully up to date. We are very satisfied with our bikes.

Nach der letzten Bearbeitung meiner Reklamation muss ich sagen „Hut ab“ perfektes Service und das nach anfänglichen Startschwierigkeiten. Da fällt es einem leicht eine bessere Bewertung abzugeben Vielen Dank dem Chef für seinen Einsatz sowie der hervorragenden Umsetzung. Advice, customer service, friendliness were not exactly great when buying. but the mechanics are perfect. After the last processing of my complaint, I have to say "Hats off", perfect service and that after initial teething problems. It's easy to give a better rating Many thanks to the boss for his commitment and the excellent implementation.

D	Daniel Movie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ äußerst schlechter Kundensupport sowie Service. Fahrrad musste anfänglich 4 mal à 1 Woche (ohne ersatzrad) zurückgebracht werden aufgrund schlechter Qualität. Service wurde in Auftrag gegeben und einfach nicht gemacht. Anderes Fachgeschäft aufgesucht und alle Fehler behoben, nun passt alles. Werde endlich freundlich und auch fachlich bestens beraten. Habe aus meinem Umfeld im Nachhinein bestätigung bekommen, dass auch sie sehr unzufrieden mit "Kraftstoff Bikes" sind. Keinesfalls wieder. extremely poor customer support and service. Bike initially had to be returned 4 times a week (without a spare wheel) due to poor quality. Service was ordered and just not done. Visited another specialist shop and fixed all errors, now everything fits. Finally get friendly and professional advice. I got confirmation afterwards from people around me that they too were very dissatisfied with "fuel bikes". Not again.

Freue mich schon auf den Service bei ihm. Das Bike wurde auch bei Krafstoff gekauft. Der Kauf ist schnell passiert, da ich genau wußte was ich woltte ;-) Mechanic top, helped me a lot with adjusting the dampers for my fully (top top, now I feel good on the bike), as well as very good advice that I can keep my car replacement bike suitable for winter. I'm looking forward to his service. The bike was also bought from Krafstoff. The purchase happened quickly because I knew exactly what I wanted ;-)
