★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich...MOFA war 3 tage dort wegen vorführung endlich erledigt ABER ohne FRAGE hat mich 1 Reifen getauscht...preis ca.250€...und alte mofa kostet 150€...DANKE NIE WIEDER !!!
Unfriendly ... MOFA was there for 3 days because of a demonstration BUT without QUESTION I changed 1 tire ... price about 250 € ... and old moped costs 150 € ... THANK YOU NEVER AGAIN !!!

Habe extra im Vorfeld angerufen, mein Problem (Vorderrad schleift an den Bremsklötzen und der Ständer muss neu angebracht werden) geschildert und wurde dann vor Ort genervt mit den Worten ‚Ihr Fahrrad entspricht nicht unseren Qualitätsstandards. Das greifen wir nicht an.‘ abgewimmelt.
Really rude!
I called in advance, my problem (front wheel rubs on the brake pads and the stand has to be replaced) and was annoyed on site with the words, 'Your bike does not meet our quality standards. We’re not attacking that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Chef ist etwas wortkarg doch der Service passt immer. Da wird man zwar nicht zugetextet aber die Beratung ist top. Gerne wieder ?.
The boss is a bit taciturn but the service always fits. You won't be texted, but the advice is great. Gladly again ?.

Skilfully brushed off regarding a spare parts problem. I can't recommend it.

Reparaturen werden fachgerecht und rasch durchgeführt.
Ich bin gerne Kunde in diesem Geschäft.
