 Maybe some reviewers should look in the mirror first, then they would realize who is rude. Consistently friendly and good advice and service. Here you like to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe Spielzeug und eine neue Carrerabahn bei Smyths gekauft. Beim Kauf wurde mir gesagt, dass ich alles problemlos umtauschen könne, solange ich die Rechnung habe. Leider läuft sie nun wirklich nicht. Schnippisch wurde mir gesagt, dass ich mich nicht an Smyths wenden soll, sondern gleich an Carerra.
Sehr interessanter Sinneswandel.
Werde in Zukunft im Internet kaufen!
Service gibt es bei Smyths nicht.
I bought toys and a new Carrera track from Smyths. When I bought it, I was told that I could exchange it for as long as I had the invoice. Unfortunately, it really doesn't work now. I was told snappily that I shouldn't turn to Smyths, but to Carerra right away.
Very interesting change of heart.
Will buy online in the future!
There is no service at Smyths.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fillialleitung sehr unfreundlich !!! Reklamationen gehen ihr am a..... vorbei !!! Reifen beim Kinderwagen nach einem Monat abgefahren finde leider den Beleg nicht mehr daher können sie leider nichts machen meinte die unsympathatische Dame....werde nie wieder was kaufen dort!!! Hab fast alles dort gekauft für mein Baby!!! kann jetzt nach einem Monat einen neuen Kinderwagen kaufen aber bestimmt nicht bei Smyths!!!!
Branch management very unfriendly! Complaints will pass her on a ..... !!! Tires on the stroller run down after a month, unfortunately, I can't find the receipt anymore so they can't do anything, said the unsympathetic lady .... will never buy anything there again! I bought almost everything there for my baby !!! can now buy a new stroller after a month but definitely not from Smyths !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute ich war Smis Tois, ich ein lego aber sie hatten diese nicht. Aber sönst gut auswahl. Persönal NiCht so nett wie gwohnt in heimat.
Today I was Smis Tois, I was a lego but they didn't have this. But a good choice. Personal not as nice as usual in home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei einem Einkauf von mehreren hundert Euro hätte ich mir auch ein wenig mehr Freundlichkeit gewünscht.
Die Ware wird vom Lager geholt, Wartezeit ist kein Probleme. Aber man könnte ruhig einer hochschwangeren Frau helfen die gekauften Sachen in das Auto zu tragen.
With a purchase of several hundred euros, I would have liked a little more friendliness.
The goods are fetched from the warehouse, waiting time is no problem. But you could help a heavily pregnant woman to carry the bought things into the car.
