Nicht so schlimm aber der verarbeitete Deckel passte absolut nicht, musste ihn selber nachkleben das er hält. Preis kam mir auch ziemlich hoch vor. Ansonsten Personal war sehr freundlich, sollte man auch sein bei solchen Aktionen. Had to wait almost 6 weeks for my cell phone because the back cover was supposedly not available. Not so bad, but the processed lid did not fit at all, had to glue it down to make sure it holds. Price also seemed pretty high to me. Otherwise staff was very friendly, you should be with such actions.

Problem Ermittlung und Preis Angabe(40€)habe ich mein Handy für einen Sim slot Tausch(um den Sim slot zu tauschen muss man das Handy öffnen) in den Shop gebracht. Nach 1 Stunden habe ich es wieder abgeholt. Mir wurde anfänglich keine rechnug ausgestellt erst nach ausdrücklichem Wunsch wurde wieder willig eine rechnung gestellt auf der aber nicht der genaue Ersatzteil weder noch was repariert worden ist gestanden ist. Sondern nur (Reparatur 50€) somit wurden mir auch 10 Euro mehr verrechnet als abgesprochen! Das einzige was ersichtlich war das mir mein unzerkratzter Sim Halter gegen einne zerkrazten Sim Halter ersetzt wurde obwohl das nicht Abgesprochen war somit entstand für mich sogar noch ein Wertverlust des Handys. Nach ein paar Stunden ist das gleiche Problem wieder aufgetreten. Darauf hin bin ich zu einem Huawei Shop nach Wien gefahren. Wo mir mitgeteilt worden ist das das Handy nicht geöffnet wurde und der sim slot nicht getauscht werden konnte das es unmöglich sei ihn zu tauschen ohne das Handy zu öffnen. Somit fühle ich mich betrogen und kann voll und ganz verstehen wieso mir anfänglich keine Rechnung ausgestellt wurde. Ich kann den Shop auf gar keinen Fall Achtung!!!! empfehlen After a telephone consultation or problem determination and price indication (40€), I brought my mobile phone to the shop for a Sim slot exchange (to exchange the Sim slot you have to open the mobile phone). After 1 hour I picked it up again. I was initially not issued with an invoice, only after I expressly requested an invoice was again willingly issued, which did not state the exact spare part or what was repaired. But only (repair 50 €) so I was also charged 10 euros more than agreed! The only thing that was apparent was that my unscratched sim holder was replaced with a scratched sim holder, although this had not been agreed, so there was even a loss in value of the cell phone for me. A few hours later the same problem reappeared. I then drove to a Huawei shop in Vienna. Where I was informed that the phone was not opened and the sim slot could not be exchanged that it was impossible to exchange it without opening the phone. So I feel cheated and I can fully understand why I wasn't initially billed. There is no way I can recommend the shop Danger!!!! recommend
