Ich habe rasch kompetente Antworten erhalten, die Abwicklung verlief schnell und reibungslos und auch nach der Abwicklung wurde ich noch sehr gut per email betreut. Kleiner Wermutstropfen für mich ist: Getauschte Akkus sind oft weniger leistungsstark als von nagelneuen Geräten. Das ist aber ein generelles Thema, hab's jedenfalls auch von anderen Fachleuten gehört. I can warmly recommend smart.Doc. I was looking for a reliable cell phone repair service. I received competent answers quickly, the processing went quickly and smoothly and even after the processing I was still very well looked after by email. Small downer for me is: Replaced batteries are often less powerful than brand new devices. But that's a general topic, at least I've heard it from other experts.

Der Wechsel war schnell und der Preis angemessen. Mein Handy hat danach wieder funktioniert, als ich aber kleine Auffälligkeiten beim Bedienen des Touchscreens bemerkte und ihm schrieb, hat er ohne zu zögern angeboten, mir das Display erneut auszuwechseln und die Kosten selbst zu tragen.
