Leider ist sie nicht mehr dort und meine neuen Extensions wurden von 2 Damen gemacht, die nicht einmal die Ausbildung haben. Leider habe ich das erst später erfahren....die eine macht Laserbehandlungen und die andere Permanent Make up. Das Ergebnis dementsprechend eine Katastrophe!!! Gleichzeitig hat die Qualität der Extensions stark nachgelassen, fühlen sich extrem spröde an.... hier wird nurmehr fahrlässig gearbeitet!!! I had extensions from a hairdresser named Burcu that were perfect. Unfortunately she is no longer there and my new extensions were made by 2 women who do not even have the training. Unfortunately I only found out later ... one of them does laser treatments and the other permanent make-up. The result is a catastrophe! At the same time, the quality of the extensions has decreased significantly, they feel extremely brittle ... the work is only negligent!

Mangel an Kompetenz durch preise für Schüler 8 Jährige jungen Haarschnitt 17€ finde ich persönlich übertrieben haben immer €12 bezahlt jetzt €17 ist zu viel alles schön und super aber um den preis wechseln wir den frisör nur wegen preis mann sollte für Kinder Herz und preis haben extra Schüler. Schüler haben doch überall Ermäßigung tolles team ihr seid die bekannteste Frisöre weit und breit macht was drauß geht mit einem beispielhaften Ding voraus So all top impressive company, really top performance. Habe 80 Euro nur fürs rausnehmen bezahlt und dann hatte die Dame keine Zeit mehr um am selben Tag neue rein zu machen obwohl es ausgemacht war - vor allem habe ich auch über eine Stunde zuvor gewartet. Haben auch nicht auf Kritik reagiert obwohl ich sie privat auf FB angeschrieben hatte. Extrem unprofessionell nur mehr.. Back then Burcu's extensions were perfect, now a disaster. I paid 80 euros just to take it out and then the lady didn't have time to put new ones in on the same day even though it was agreed - above all, I waited over an hour beforehand. Didn't respond to criticism even though I wrote to them privately on FB. Extremely unprofessional only more ..
