A	Alexandra S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich musste in der Nacht auf Samstag (nach telefonischer Ankündigung) die Notfallambulanz aufsuchen, da mein Hund Max plötzlich starke Bauchschmerzen bekommen hat. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, nach kurzer Wartezeit wurden alle notwendigen Untersuchungen gemacht, subkutane Infusion verabreicht, Medikamente fürs Zuhause gegeben, Folgeuntersuchungen empfohlen, Kontrolltermin (bei Bedarf) ausgemacht und schon konnten wir uns beruhigt wieder auf den Heimweg machen. Es war bereits mein dritter Besuch in dieser Notfallambulanz (mit drei unterschiedlichen Hundesenioren, wobei einen davon müssten wir leider gleich einschläfern lassen) und es wurde immer alles Menschenmögliche für meine Tiere gemacht. Als Arztassistentin und jahrelange Hundehalterin kann ich bestätigen, hier wird einem Tier wirklich professionell geholfen und auch die besorgten Patientenbesitzer werden ernstgenommen, alles wird genau erklärt, alle Fragen werden beantwortet. Vielen Dank an das Klinik-Team für die wirklich professionelle Arbeit. I had to go to the emergency room on Saturday night (after a telephone call) because my dog Max suddenly had severe abdominal pain. We were welcomed in a friendly manner, after a short waiting time all the necessary examinations were made, subcutaneous infusions were given, medication was given for the home, follow-up examinations were recommended, an appointment for a check-up (if necessary) was arranged and we were able to make our way home calmly. It was my third visit to this emergency room (with three different senior dogs, one of which we would unfortunately have to put to sleep) and everything possible was always done for my animals. As a doctor's assistant and longstanding dog owner, I can confirm that an animal is really helped professionally here and that worried patient owners are also taken seriously, everything is explained in detail, all questions are answered. Many thanks to the clinic team for their really professional work.

M	Marija Jovanovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had very bad expirience with clinic, they failed to diagnose problem with my cat, charged me serious ammount of money, and my cat is now struggle to survive. Stuff is also not good/nice so i avoid em for sure in future. Dont recomend at all !

They made me wait for 1 hour and a half, every patient that came after me was attended but me not. No explanation, I left at 10 30. Its not the first time they have a horrible service, another of my cats went through a surgery there, the surgeon prescribed a medicine and they gave me the wrong medicine twice the dosis making my cat feeling sick and sedated If you care about your pet, do not take them here
