★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier schaue ich immer wieder mal rein, da ich früher öfter was gekauft habe. Heute findet man nur bestimmte Höschen-schnitte, die eben nicht meinem Geschmack entsprechen (aber durchaus dem Mainstream, keine Sorge also). Neben Unterwäsche und Bademode (im Sommer) gibt es auch ein wenig t-shirts, Sportbekleidung und Nachtwäsche.
Beratung darf man sich von den jungen Mädchen dort nicht erwarten. Mehr als Navigationshilfe im Geschäft können sie leider nicht bieten. Shop hat aber sicher seine Berechtigung für nette Unterwäsche und die kleine Börse.
 I keep checking back here because I used to buy something more often. Today you can only find certain panty cuts that don't suit my taste (but definitely mainstream, so don't worry). In addition to underwear and swimwear (in summer) there are also a few t-shirts, sportswear and nightwear.
You shouldn't expect advice from the young girls there. Unfortunately, they cannot offer more than a navigation aid in the shop. But the shop certainly has its place for nice underwear and the small purse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zum Glück gibt es noch dieses Geschäft mit netten und hilfsbereiten Angestellten. In Berlin am Kurfürstendamm ist Tezenis geschlossen. In Frankfurt auf der Zeil auch. Hoffentlich bleibt das Geschäft in Wien. Wo soll ich sonst meine Unterwäsche kaufen?
Fortunately, there is still this business with nice and helpful employees. Tezenis is closed in Berlin on Kurfürstendamm. In Frankfurt on the Zeil too. Hopefully the business will stay in Vienna. Where else should I buy my underwear?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furchtbar. Ältere, überforderte Kundenbetreuung wollte den Artikel den ich ein paar Tage zuvor (MIT Rechnung) gekauft habe nicht umtauschen(!). Gehe dort sicher nicht nochmal hin :)
Awful. Older, overwhelmed customer service did not want to exchange (!) the item I bought a few days earlier (WITH invoice). Will definitely not go there again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few years ago it was the best place to stock up on lingerie in Vienna. Lately however the quality seriously dipped, both materials and designs are TRASH. You should try it! Buy yourself a pair of panties (eg the spring lace collection), wash them twice and see for yourself how the threads and the material are already compromised. I do not recommend at all.
