L	Lauren MacDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight I visited this store excited to try on some winter clothes. I took my pieces to the fitting room, but there were no staff there. Rather than wait I went into one of two fitting rooms, the other was in use. I tried to close the door but it wouldn't stay shut or lock. I saw a staff come by so I asked her, how do you lock the door? I didn't want to strip naked with the door always coming open. She signaled me to go inside, slammed the door so hard on me that it bounced back open. I was shocked. I looked out to tell her she was extremely rude to a customer, but she was long gone, having marched away so as not to have to deal with me. I was disgusted by the customer service here, and UCOB you can count on me never buying an item from your stores in the future. If I could rate this as a zero, I would. She was a middle-aged blonde lady with short hair.

Benetton is one of the brands that I have been using selectively in my wardrobe for the last 30 years. This location is the one of my choice. What makes this location stands out, are the professional and friendly multicutural employees that go the extra mile to make the customers happy.
