★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe am Samstag 14.11.2020 einen mit einem Möbelstück beladenen Lieferwagen abgeholt. Pünktlich zum telefonisch vereinbarten Termin war ich vor Ort anwesend. Dann wurde es ziemlich ungemütlich, weil sage und schreibe 3, Ja wirklich nur 3 Warenausgaben vor mir bearbeitet werden mussten und aus irgend einen mir unbekannten Problem die beiden Bürodamen hinter ihren Bildschirmen verharrten. Erst nach ziemlich genau 45 min war es dann endlich soweit und ich bekam den Schlüssel für den Lieferwagen.
Fazit: werde das nächste mal nur mehr beim xxxLutz kaufen....
On Saturday, November 14th, 2020 I picked up a van loaded with a piece of furniture. I was there on time for the appointment agreed by phone. Then it got pretty uncomfortable because, believe it or not, only 3 goods issues had to be processed in front of me and the two office ladies stayed behind their screens due to some unknown problem. Only after almost exactly 45 minutes was it finally time and I got the key for the delivery truck.
Conclusion: next time I will only buy more from xxxLutz ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leiner ist wohl das allerletzte, mieseste Einrichtungshaus im kompletten EU Raum! Ein Schrank wird nur tw. aufgebaut, dann die Teile kreuz und quer liegen gelassen weil eine Rückwand beschädigt ist. Auf die Nachlieferung wartete ich sechs (6!!!) Wochen! Das Kundencenter hat null Interesse, dem Kunden zu helfen. Unfreundliches und äußerst unhöfliches Personal am Telefon, kein einziges Schreiben an die Geschäftsleitung wurde beantwortet! Nie wieder kika/Leiner!
Leiner is probably the very last, worst furniture store in the entire EU area! A closet is only partly. built up, then left the parts criss-cross because a back wall is damaged. I waited six (6 !!!) weeks for the subsequent delivery! The customer center has zero interest in helping the customer. Rude and extremely rude staff on the phone, not a single letter to management answered! Never again kika / Leiner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awizacja na dany dzień, pracują od 7 do 15 w piątek od 7 do 13. Biorą na 2-3 rampy czasami trzeba swoje odczekać, rozładunek przebiega bez problemu. Jak odbiera jeden magazynier to sprawdzanie towaru idzie wolniej. Nie można stać na noc, WC dostępne w biurze.
Advice for a given day, they work from 7 to 15 on Friday from 7 to 13. They take 2-3 ramps, sometimes you have to wait, unloading is easy. When one warehouseman picks up, checking the goods goes slower. Unable to stand overnight, toilet available in the office.
