★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten um 14:00 Uhr einen Termin und sind um 13:55 dort gewesen. Als wir nach den ersten 15 min erneut informierten das wir einen Termin hätten erhielten wir nur die Antwort. "Ja ja, hab euch eh schon gesehen, dauert noch." Kein "Entschuldigung/Tut uns leid, vielleicht habens noch einen Weg" oder ähnlich. Nach insgesamt 40 min links liegen gelassen werden (Freitag Nachmittags- Verkehr natürlich nicht eingerechnet) sind wir wieder gegangen.
Had an appointment at 2:00 p.m. and were there at 1:55 p.m. When we informed again after the first 15 minutes that we had an appointment we only got the answer. "Yes, yes, I saw you anyway, it still takes." No "sorry / sorry, maybe there is still a way" or similar. After a total of 40 minutes left (Friday afternoon traffic of course not included) we went again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe um ca. 16 Uhr das Geschäft betreten. 2 Berater waren mit Kunden beschäftigt. Nach ca 5 min habe ich einen 3. Berater, der keine Kunde hatte entdeckt. Dann das Gespräch : F: Sind sie frei? A: Habe sie einen Termin? F: Nein, ich bräuchte nur einen Kasten. A: Sie können von mir einen Termin haben. A: Nein Danke, sehr kundenfreundlich. Resümee : der Berater war froh dass er keine Arbeit mit mir hatte.
At about 16 o'clock entered the shop. 2 consultants were busy with customers. After about 5 minutes I discovered a 3rd consultant who had no customer. Then the conversation: Q: Are you free? A: Do you have an appointment? Q: No, I just need a box. A: You can have an appointment from me. A: No thanks, very customer friendly. Summary: the consultant was glad that he had no work with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte für meine Wohnung Möbeln bauen lassen. Ein Herr hat uns kurz bedient. Das Wort bedient ist auf jeden Fall übertrieben. Er hat gemeint, dass wir die Maße per Mail senden sollen und ich bekomme ein Rückruf.
Mittlerweile sind es 5 Monate vergangen und ich habe keine Mail bekommen. Eigentlich hatte ich die Abmessungen, aber der Herr wollte es unbedingt per Mail? Aber hallo, geht's noch, wenn ich das ganze Online machen muss, besuche ich kein Fachmarkt.
Mein Ansprechpartner war Herr Petrus Nyguen.
I wanted to have furniture built for my apartment. A gentleman served us briefly. The word served is definitely exaggerated. He said that we should send the measurements by email and I get a call back.
It has been 5 months now and I have not received an email. I actually had the dimensions, but did the gentleman really want it by email? But hello, is it still okay? If I have to do all of this online, I am not visiting a specialist store.

I received 4 pot ties for my P.Max kitchen free of charge as a spare part from the very friendly sales advisor. By the way, my kitchen is 17 years old and is in top shape and top quality. That's what I call excellent customer service! Can only recommend P.Max to everyone.
