★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable and friendly staff in the aquatic section, can see that the animals are well cared for, no sick or diseased fish. Little pricey but worth it! You can save 3% on purchases (excluding livestock) with a customer card and receive coupons through the post.

Pity about the fish staff... 4 of them standing around talking to each other for 5 minutes and ignoring 3 customers needing help. 2 walked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great range of products with very ambitious employees. At least those I met. Once they even gave me a product for free because I just needed a fraction of the smallest available package - awesome! It saved me 20,- Euros.
Also i love the fact that they offer such a great amount of animals, its almost like a miniature zoo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff. They are well educated in various fields. If one employee doesn't know something in detail, he will get you a college. You can buy almost everything for cats, fish dogs, reptiles, bunnies and others.
There are sales sometimes and you can buy good quality things for an affordable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called this place asking about a medical product for our dog, but the person who picked, just started laughing in the background and after making us loose our time, she sarcastically just said, that we did not need the product we were asking for and should go to the vet.
Very disappointing.
