★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir wird jeden Monat die Miete für den Lagerraum vom Paypal Konto abgebucht. Trotzdem bekam ich eine Zahlungsaufforderung. Auf die Email, in der ich die Zahlungsbestätigung schickte, wurde nicht reagiert. Stattdessen bekomme ich eine Mahnung auf die ich wiederum mit der Zahlungsbestätigung reagiert habe - wieder keine Reaktion. Weder per Email noch am Telefon bekommt man eine Antwort. Bei der Servicehotline wurde mir nur gesagt, die Angelegenheit wird an die Buchhaltung weitergegeben und ich bekomme am nächsten Werktag eine Antwort. Das passierte natürlich nicht. Da dies schonmal vorkam, werde ich nun zu einem anderen Anbieter wechseln. Es gibt ja schließlich genug andere Anbieter.
 The rent for the storage room is debited from my PayPal account every month. Nevertheless, I received a request for payment. There was no response to the email in which I sent the payment confirmation. Instead, I get a reminder to which I reacted with the payment confirmation - again no reaction. You won't get an answer either by email or on the phone. At the service hotline, I was only told that the matter would be passed on to the accounting department and that I would get an answer the next working day. Of course that didn't happen. Since this has happened before, I will now switch to another provider. After all, there are enough other providers.
