Ich habe gegoogelt, in welchen Geschäften in Innsbruck ich Lego finden kann, dabei kam Ihr Geschäft an erster Stelle. Weiteres interessiere ich mich für Brettspiele.
Als ich allerdings in Ihrem Geschäft war, musste ich feststellen, dass die Regale mehr oder weniger leergeräumt waren. Auswahl war somit keine gegeben. Es war am 04.01.2020 und somit nicht unmittelbar in der heißesten Einkaufsphase des Jahres. Deshalb hab ich das nicht verstanden.. Dies erklärt die 2 Sterne.
Wenn ich wieder im Einkaufszentrum Tyrol sein werde, werde ich mir dies wieder anschauen und gegebenenfalls die Bewertung Anpassen.

I googled the shops in Innsbruck where I can find Lego, and your business came first. I am also interested in board games.
However, when I was in your shop, I found that the shelves were more or less cleared. There was no choice. It was on January 4th, 2020 and therefore not immediately in the hottest shopping phase of the year. That's why I didn't understand it. This explains the 2 stars.
When I am back in the Tyrol shopping center, I will look at it again and adjust the rating if necessary.

Habe wegen der Corona-Krise online für einen Kindergeburtstag shoppen müssen, hat aber tadellos über WhatsApp-Kommunikation funktioniert!
Hab über WhatsApp Fotos von Produkten meines Wunsches bekommen (inkl. Preisangaben) und mir dann ein passendes Geschenk ausgesucht. Nach der Bezahlung wurde es sofort verpackt und pünktlich zum Geburtstag geliefert. Obwohl ich erst am Montag bestellt habe, wurde es pünktlich am Dienstag zum Geburtstagsfest geliefert!!!

Had to shop online for a child's birthday because of the corona crisis, but worked perfectly via WhatsApp communication!
I got photos of products of my request via WhatsApp (including prices) and then I selected a suitable gift. After payment, it was immediately packed and delivered on time for the birthday. Although I only ordered on Monday, it was delivered on time for the birthday party on Tuesday !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes, kleines, schönes Spielzeuggeschäft. Tolle Auswahl für alle Altersgruppen. Nette VerkäuferInnen. Preise sind total ok und meist gleich wie im Internet. Gehen immer gern rein und fast nie mit leeren Händen raus.
Nice, small, beautiful toy shop. Great selection for all ages. Nice salespeople. Prices are totally ok and mostly the same as on the internet. Always like to go in and almost never go out empty-handed.

Sehr nettes Personal. Die Auswahl ist riesig und auch für Kindergeburtstag wird man fündig. Wir haben für unsere Enkeltochter Playmobil zum Spielen gekauft und sie war ganz begeistert. Gerne immer wieder!!!
Super shopping paradise. You can get almost anything for children to play with.
Very nice staff. The selection is huge and you will also find something for children's birthday parties. We bought Playmobil for our granddaughter to play with and she loved it. Always happy to come back!

Nothing regional, as one might deduce from the name - everything just like in any other toy store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Auswahl. Rabatte gibt es gelegentlich bis zu 20 Prozent, ansonsten ist reduzierte LEGO Sets etc. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Vor allem für Babies und Kleinkinder ist ein großes Sortiment vorhanden. Auch die Abteilung Gesellschaftsspiele ist gut sortiert.
Nur ein Webshop fehlt :(
Great selection. Occasionally there are discounts of up to 20 percent, otherwise reduced LEGO sets etc. Staff is very friendly. There is a large range, especially for babies and toddlers. The board games department is also well sorted.
Only one webshop is missing :(
