★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei Maniolo's gibt es ein tolles Angebot an Schuhen. Ich fragte, ob man eventuell beim Preis etwas machen könnte, da ich die Schuhe im Internet um 30€ billiger bekäme. Da das bei vielen Geschäften funktioniert, finde ich die Frage - gerade bei teuren Produkten - legitim. Allerdings reagierte die Chefin leider sehr unfreundlich und schnippisch - 'man bräuchte mich nicht als Kundin, da diesen Schuh ja sowieso so viele kaufen und was ich mir einbilde, da man im Internet ja keinen Service erhalte.'
Schade, aus meiner Sicht hätte man auch mit einem einfachen 'Nein' antworten können. Aus diesem Grund nur 2 Sterne und in Zukunft eine Kundin weniger.
Maniolo's has a great range of shoes. I asked if they could possibly do something about the price, since I could get the shoes on the Internet by 30 € cheaper. Since this works in many shops, I find the question legitimate - especially with expensive products. However, the boss reacted very unfriendly and snippy - 'You don't need me as a customer, since so many buy this shoe anyway and what I imagine, since you don't get any service on the Internet.'
It's a shame, from my point of view you could have answered with a simple 'no'. For this reason only 2 stars and one less customer in the future.
