★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Останавливались на 3 ночи , очень современные апартаменты с шикарным видом с террасы на город и бургтеатр, нам очень понравилось пребывание , отзывчивый персонал, выполняли все просьбы и всегда были на связи, спасибо вам ?
 Stayed for 3 nights, very modern apartments with chic views from the terrace to the city and the burgetate, we really enjoyed the stay, helpful staff, fulfilled all requests and were always in touch, thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not Recommond. This apartment has no hot water for shower when we lived in. We tried to contact the staff and they only picked up my call once and never answer my calls nor my text message any more. On the next day morning there are still no hot water for shower and they still not answer calls nor my message. Then later a lady staff came, she was not friendly, she knocked our door loudly, talked aggressively and never apologise for what we have suffered, but only keep saying that she was travelling a long distance from her office to here for this matter. Then she reminded us that we need to check out soon at 11am, and we told her we can't check out on time as we can't even take showers for nearly 2 days. Before we left we told her we need to take shower as we will be flying for 26 hours back home tonight and can't leave without taking showers for almost 2 days, and she told us she will text us another of her apartment's address for us to take a shower later. And she never text us anything as she promised. This hotel is not considering anything for their guests and not take any responsibilities. This is completely not acceptable to me and I will not recommond for other people to choose this apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, 7 min to St Stephan's square and local popular attractions. Nice and cosy and spot clean. Lacking kitchen facilities though and we didn't see any staff during our 3 day stay, just a check in box with the keys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful 3-day stay here. The location is superb, in the very heart of Vienna. The rooms are clean and well-furnished, the air conditioner works well. The host was friendly and welcoming ?
