Very nice apartment right in the centre of Vienna. All very nice: lovely modern furniture, all you need from comfy bed to shampoo, a good coffee machine, etc. Very easy to get the keys. I would definitively recommend and will book again with Visionapartments for future travels.

Fall in love with Vienna and you'll love these apartments. It's about 6 minutes leisure walk to St. Peter's Catholic Church - a beautiful baroque church entrusted to the Prelature of Opus Dei. About 10 minutes walk to the truly awe-inspiring St. Stephen's Cathedral. The Junior and senior apartments that where we stayed are well-kept. There were no views to the street (which I prefer for a quiet sleep). The interiors are modern in design. There are washing machines and dryers in the first floor. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It was just perfect! It was located very close to St. Stephans cathedral. The room was very clean and warm! We went on 21st of January so it was really cold outside. We stayed for 4 days. The room has a lot of space and it's very bright. It has everything you need to cook. You can even feel like home! The hotel manager was sooo nice! She really helped us with our laggages on the last day! Thank you so much! It was the best accommodation we have ever found abroad! I absolutely recommend it for my friends, family, (us, if we can visit Vienna again) and for sure for whoever's reading this! Have a wondelfull time in Vienna!!

Very nice apartments in a perfect location! All main attractions of Vienna are within walking distance (e.g. St. Stephen's Cathedral is 5 minutes away). Apartment was well furnished and very clean. Small kitchenette incl. fridge and microwave was available. I highly recommend this place!

I'll start with the good things first: 1. Location of the apartment is very good. It's 5 min walking distance from main attractions and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. 2. The apartment is spacious and nice. Now the bad things: 1. Customer service is awful. We made the reservation more than one month in advanced and the day we had to check in they sent us an email saying that we had to send a copy of our vaccination pass and our ids. We didn't see the email because we were on a train with our baby and when we arrived to the apartment they wouldn't give us the access code until we send them the information they wanted. Conclusion, they left us waiting on the street, during the night, with all our luggage, with our little baby girl, with - 2°C for half an hour (the time for several calls and several emails with confirmation of reception). Completely unacceptable. 2. When you arrive to the apartment you need to make an inventory of everything that there is in the apartment. (you count even the light bulbs). If there is anything missing at the end of your stay, you pay for it. Never seen anything like it before. 3. The apartment was cold. The duvet has just the size of the mattress, so with 2 people under it, it's smaller than the bed. No extra duvet, blanket, nothing. We complained two times and they said they were sending someone to install an electric heater but nobody came. 4. The kitchen is so small that you have to choose between a microwave oven and the coffee machine.
