Auch im Bad war für unserer Gruppe von 10 Personen gut gesorgt. Der Aufenthalt verlief erholsam und das Appartment war in mitten vom ersten Bezirk also sehr Zentral gelegen und man erreichte zu Fuß alles. Das Check-out verlief schnell und Problemlos. Es gab ein kleines Missverständnis wegen der Kaution. nach ein paar Telefonaten wurde dieses durch den Geschäftsführer friedlich geregelt. Top Lage, Ruhig und Sauber. Grüße aus Fusch an der Glocknerstraße! A few weeks ago we checked into the "Kaiserin Elisabeth Suite". Check-in went very well and the rooms were clean. Our group of 10 people was also well taken care of in the bathroom. The stay was relaxing and the apartment was in the middle of the first district so very central and you can walk to everything. The check-out was quick and easy. There was a little misunderstanding about the deposit. after a few phone calls this was settled peacefully by the manager. Great location, quiet and clean. Me and my family call them now 'SS(ShameSpot)4vienna' By the way, the only review now, which is 5-star one, of course, has been made by a.novotny who is an owner or a general manager (or both) of this company.

Company could not manage to repair broken oven for half a year. Despite this that the issue was reviewed by tech team and I was informed that they will cover the reparation(it was already broken when I moved there). Then after I left the flat they've requested money for repair! I definitely cannot recommend that company
