D	Daidree Tofano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall very happy with the place Pros: fabulous location for exploring the historic district, tons of space in the room, super comfortable bed, kitchen equipped with basics (pots, pans, knives, silverware, tea kettle, Nespresso machine), friendly helpful staff, nice bathroom, washer and dryer available free of charge Cons: Breakfast not really worth the price when there are so many delicious cafes around, breakfast area depressing and outdated, you only get the first 6 Nespresso pods in the room for free and then after that you have to pay for them (silly, given the price of the room), could use some fans on hot nights Accessibility: has a lift, but you have to be able to climb 7 steps to get to it.

W	W A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location and huge room (booked the executive apartment) but that's about it. The place can't make up its mind whether it is a hotel or an apartment. There is a kitchenette that you are not expected to use (because there is no extractor fan and a smoke alarm is right over the hob); the management is tight with coffee for the rooms (despite providing Nescafe machines) and there is no washing machine on premises.

Close to everything ?, Just be aware if you park in the parking garage down the street, the homeless people will get in your vehicle, they did mine an stole some things. Most expensive thing was the iPod, car charger an two phone cords. Then random things like food an water we had in there. Don't leave nothing in the car not even a bottle of water.

The management announced a few hours before check-in on Friday that the elevator is not working (which has not been repaired until the check out on Sunday). The rooms had to be changed on the first floor which had a big impact on the view of the room. Basically the room view was inexistent, very similar with the movies views that incarcerated people have from their jail cells. No house keeping is being offered unless you spend at least three nights. The rooms have definitely seen better days, the wear and tear of the rooms is clearly visible with big scratches on the floor, defective tv stand, the windows on the bathroom door scratched. If you ever planned to leave your luggage at the reception on the check out day, you'd better chose another place to stay. This is not possibly with the accommodations since the reception on a Sunday and Saturday is only served until 12:00. Also there is no option to choose a later check out at all paid or not. Even though these services are listed on the locations internet site.
