Ich habe gestern Vormittag angerufen da ich Interesse an einem Auto hatte und meinen eintauschen wollte, mir wurde gesagt dass das kein Problem sein und ich solle einfach vorbei kommen... es ist für mich doch ein weiterer Weg aber das Auto hat mich interessiert ... also ich dann endlich ankam wurde mir Vorort gesagt das das Auto bereits am Samstag verkauft wurde ... ich solle mich aber umschauen und wir finden sicher was anderes und der Herr wolle sich unserer sofort annehmen .... hat er aber nicht sondern wir warteten gefühlt eine Stunde, gingen sogar mal ins Büro nachfragen aber nichts ... als wir verärgert dann fahren wollten kam der Verkäufer gerade noch im letzten Moment, ich sagte zu ihm was mir gefallt und er war von meinem Auto auch überzeugt meinte aber dass nur sein Chef den eintauschwert entscheiden durfte, er gab mir seine Karte mit dem Versprechen dass wenn ich mich am nächsten morgen melde könne er mir alles genau sagen... ich habe heute im laufe von 1 1/2 Stunden 2 mal angerufen, einmal bekam ich eine sms dass es gerade nicht passe und das zweite mal gar nichts ... ich habe dort definitiv das Gefühl das man solange man keine 50 bis 100 k auf den tisch legt nicht ein,al deren Mühe wert ist ... Very bad service ... I called yesterday morning because I was interested in a car and wanted to exchange mine, I was told that this would not be a problem and I should just come over ... there is another way for me but the car interested me .. So when I finally arrived I was told on the spot that the car was already sold on Saturday ... but I should look around and we will surely find something else and the gentleman will take care of us immediately ... but he didn't, but we waited for what felt like an hour, even went to the office to ask but nothing ... when we were upset and wanted to drive, the seller came just at the last moment, I said what I liked and he was also convinced of my car, but only said that his boss was allowed to decide the exchange value, he gave me his card with the promise that if I get in touch the next morning he could tell me everything exactly ... Today I have 2 times a called, once I got a text message that it didn't work and the second time nothing ... I definitely have the feeling that as long as you don't put 50 to 100 k on the table, it's worth the effort ...
