★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entsetzlich wie man hier empfangen wird, nämlich gar nicht. Hier gibt es nur ein Kabäuschen in welchem ein Telefon steht und über welches man dann mit einem Mitarbeiter telefonieren kann. Füge ein Bild dazu, sonst glaubt es keiner. 1 1/2 Jahre später wartet man in der Telefonschleife 6:30 Minuten, bis jemand abhebt.
It is terrible how one is received here, namely not at all. There is only one little cabin in which there is a telephone and which you can then use to telephone an employee. Add a picture, otherwise nobody will believe it. 1 1/2 years later you wait 6:30 minutes in the telephone loop until someone picks up.
