Staff lovely. Unfortunately no air conditioning, so unbearably hot. Had to cancel the stay despite a purchase request. Wrong decision of the management !!!

Geh ich nie wieder hin... Unübersichtlich... Wirkt wie ein 1,- Shop... Rude and incompetent (turns around and goes away when asked, just serves others) .... I've never experienced anything like it. The worst branch ever .... I never go back ... Confusing ... Looks like a 1, - shop ...
M	Mirsad Husic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde das Geschäft richtig toll.War gestern dort.Da ich gewisse Sachen nicht gefunden habe habe ich mich an eine Mitarbeiterin gewannt.Ich glaube es hat sich um die Filialleitung gehandelt.Ich wurde von ihr wirklich sehr gut beraten. Ich komme sicher wieder. Natürlich 5 Sterne+ Top?? I think the business is really great. Was there yesterday. Since I didn't find certain things, I called an employee. I think it was the branch management. I was very well advised by her. I will definitely come back. Of course 5 stars + Top??
D	Dalibor Jeremic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich verstehe nicht warum man bei defekter Ware sein Geld nicht zurück bekommt sondern nur Gutschein. laut Mitarbeiterin nur am selben kaufdatum und geht grundsätzlich nicht wenn man mit Mastercard bezahlt hat. interessanterweise geht es bei allen anderen Geschäften auch nur hier nicht. ich würde es ja verstehen wenn es ein Dorf bastelwaren Geschäft ist aber pagro ist schon ein größerer Konzern. I don't understand why you don't get your money back if you have defective goods, only a voucher. According to the employee, only on the same date of purchase and generally does not work if you have paid with Mastercard. Interestingly enough, all of the other businesses just don't work here either. I would understand if it was a village handicraft shop, but pagro is a bigger corporation.
