Nicht das es schon schwer ist einen Verlobungsring auszusuchen wurde mir versichert wenn ich den richtigen gefunden habe diese auch in jede Nummer verkleinern lassen kann.
Leider wurde mir erst nach dem Kauf gesagt das sie bei der Verkleinerung nicht dafür garantieren das alle Steine auf den Ring bleiben können.
Da ich dieses Risiko nicht eingehen möchte, bat ich darum den Ring zurück zu geben.
Darauf hin bekam ich nur die Antwort das ich ihn entweder verkleinern lassen solle oder eine Gutschrift erhalte da sie nicht verpflichtet sind mir das Geld retour zu erstatten.

Not that it's difficult to choose an engagement ring, I was assured that if I found the right one, I could have it reduced to any number.
Unfortunately, I was only told after the purchase that they cannot guarantee that all stones can remain on the ring when reducing the size.
Not wanting to take that risk, I asked for the ring to be returned.
I only got the answer that I should either have it reduced in size or receive a credit note because they are not obliged to refund me the money.
