Vorfall wurde an die Zentrale an Herrn Irvin H Gai... gemeldet aber auch von dort nur freche Antworten erhalten (E-Mail-Verkehr und Aufnahme vorhanden) Ich kann diese Fa. nicht empfehlen und werde auch selber nicht mehr hingehen. Nachtrag: Wenn diese Fa. Beweise haben sollte, dass ich frech oder sogar den Mitarbeiter beschimpft haben soll, dann sollten sie diese Vorlegen. Ich habe Herrn Gai... sogar angeboten, mir eine Bestätigung zu schicken damit ich die Tonspur von meinem Netzbetreiber einholen kann (Beschimpfungen vom Mitarbeiter gegen den Kunden drauf) aber dafür habe ich nie eine Bestätigung erhalten. Stattdessen gibt es nur Zitate von Herrn Gai... Rude employee, insults and insults customers.
