Very poor and annoying sound quality, uncomfortable and basic chairs, careless staff, dirty and small toilets and paid wardrobes(!!!) are few to mention. Even if my top favorite singer goes there, I won't attend this place again. It was a nightmare and we couldn't enjoy the concert at all. It is also not child/baby friendly at all.
