Bodenleisten schief usw.)eigentlich sehr gut freundliche steht bemühte Hausverwalterin. Und top Reinigunsteam das den ganzen Tag am reinigen ist. Fuer mich die beste Wohnungsgesellschaft zur Zeit. Einfach top. Hoffe es bleibt so. 5 Sterne. Except for a few improvements, in the apartment (window, wrong Li-West connection drum he was disconnected from me in the bedroom., Floor slats, etc.) actually very good friendly is keen housekeeper. And top cleaning team the whole day on the clean. For me the best housing company at the moment. Simply great. Hope it stays that way. 5 Stars.

Wohnungen in einem traurigen allgemeinen Zustand, in der Verwaltung unflexibel und an einer nachhaltigen Wohnungspolitik, vor allem bei älteren Bestandsobjekten anscheinend nicht interessiert. Finanziell undurchsichtig und fragwürdiges Verhalten bei falschen Auskünften hinsichtlich der Preisgestaltung. Entscheidungen dauern sehr lange und Informationen werden nur auf mehrmaliges urgieren weitergegeben. Es gibt in diesem Bereich deutlich bessere Anbieter -> siehe GWG u.a. Unfortunately not recommended. Apartments in a sad general condition, inflexible in administration and apparently not interested in a sustainable housing policy, especially with older properties. Financially opaque and questionable behavior in the event of incorrect pricing information. Decisions take a long time and information is only passed on after repeated urges. There are significantly better providers in this area -> see GWG and others.

S	Sabine Schnallinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht empfehlenswert habe mit Tochter 2 Zimmer wohnung wollte 3 Zimmer haben haben mich ziemlich verarscht wollten dauernd Unterlagen haben obwohl ich schon über 6 Jahre von ihnen eine wohnung habe dann bekommt ein alleinstehender älterer Herr die 3 Zimmer wohnung sowas ist eine bodenlose Frechheit. Sind nur auf das Geld aus . Not recommended I wanted to have 2 room apartment with daughter and wanted to have 3 rooms I was pretty pissed off wanted to have documents all the time although I have had an apartment from them for over 6 years then a single elderly gentleman gets the 3 room apartment, which is a bottomless cheek. Just out for the money.

Jedes Anliegen wird sofort behandelt, die MitarbeiterInnen sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit und unsere neue Wohnung ist von der Lage und der Bauausführung absolut genial. Wir sind rundum zufrieden mit der VLW. For us there is absolutely nothing to criticize about this housing association. Every concern is dealt with immediately, the staff are super friendly and helpful and our new apartment is absolutely brilliant in terms of location and construction. We are completely satisfied with the VLW.
