Super service and advice. There are now 4 cash registers, so there are almost no waiting times at the moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kompetenz, ja. Sortiment, gut. Lediglich an der Freundlichkeit könnte man doch noch etwas arbeiten. Ein Herr wirkt nahezu überheblich (ob das der Chef ist weiß ich nicht). Denke das muss nicht sein, zumal man ja eh mit sich selbst genug zu tun hat wenn man krank ist. Fakt ist, mit etwas mehr Empathie wäre das eine tolle Apotheke! So aber....
Competence, yes. Assortment, good. One could only work on the friendliness. A gentleman seems almost arrogant (I don't know if that's the boss). Think it doesn't have to be, especially since you have enough to do with yourself when you're sick. The fact is, with a little more empathy it would be a great pharmacy! But so ...
