H	Helmut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gitarre wurde im Juni bestellt, lt. Mario wäre der Liedertermin 14 Tage später. Zuerst sehr gute Kommunikation, Mails wurden binnen einer Stunde beantwortet.. Nach Ablauf der Frist keine Aktive Rückmeldung das die Gitarre doch nicht geliefert wird. Mail werden nur noch Tage später oder gar nicht beantwortet. Mitte November wurde die Bestellung storniert. Seitdem warte ich auf mein Geld. Mails werden überhaupt nicht mehr beantwortet und am Telefon hört man nur das alles weitergegeben wurde, nur das Geld ist trotzdem noch nicht überwiesen. Guitar was ordered in June, according to Mario the song date would be 14 days later. At first very good communication, emails were answered within an hour. After the deadline no active feedback that the guitar will not be delivered. Mail are only answered days later or not at all. The order was canceled in mid-November. Since then I've been waiting for my money. Mails are not answered at all and on the phone you can only hear that everything has been passed on, only the money has still not been transferred.

After notifying the shop owner he was very kind and send immediately the cable while was replying to all my emails. Very professional service, I would definitely recommend !!

Problem is : I asked for a refund that the owner agreed on and he told me that I would receive the money back between 5 days and 30 days max. It’s been more than a month now and I still didn’t receive my refund. When I asked the owner he simply told me that there was a problem with Paypal… Don’t trust shops that want your money when it’s in their favor and have difficulties to give you the money back when there’s a problem with your order.

When I removed the Strat pickguard, I found that Fender put the wrong pickup in one of the positions. Mentioned it to Mario and he offered to hunt down the right one for me. It wasn't needed in the end, but where (especially on the continent) do you see proactive maximal consumer satisfaction customer service? This went beyond what I usually found in the US. My biggest regret is that Google does not allow me to giver 6 stars here. Some people would deserve it. Mario does.
