H	Harald Harimau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine der schlechtesten Apotheken in Graz. Alles, was anderswo problemlos geht, ist hier ein Problem. Wollte heute QR Codes für die Corona-Selbsttest abholen, wurde mir aber verweigert. Ich muss die Testkits vorweisen, dass ich Codes bekomme. Unglaublich. Zu einer anderen Apotheke gegangen, so viele Codes bekommen, wie ich wollte. One of the worst pharmacies in Graz. Anything that goes smoothly elsewhere is a problem here. Today I wanted to pick up QR codes for the Corona self-test, but I was refused. I have to show the test kits to get codes. Incredible. Went to another pharmacy to get as many codes as I wanted.

Ist ja leider auch nicht mehr überall so das man freundlich behandelt bzw bedient wird. Von daher 5 Sterne. ??? Very nice advice and service and also very friendly staff, you can definitely recommend it. Unfortunately, it is no longer everywhere that you are treated or served in a friendly manner. Hence 5 stars. ???
1	1 1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Test Container vor der Tür. Zuerst mal 15min davor angestellt, dann Info erhalten solle vorher in die Apotheke. Super, wieder 10min anstellen. Apothekerin meint die Information hat eh jeder... schaut nicht so aus. Hinweis ist nirgends... Unfreundlich... Test container in front of the door. First employed 15 minutes in advance, then information should be given to the pharmacy beforehand. Great, queue up again for 10 minutes. Pharmacist thinks everyone has the information anyway ... doesn't look like it. Notice is nowhere ... Unfriendly...
L	Lord Schelken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlich, äußerst kompetent. Meistens gut besucht, also ein wenig Wartezeit einplanen. Testcontainer vorm Haus - dadurch genug Abstand möglich. Very friendly, extremely competent. Usually well attended, so allow for a little waiting time. Test container in front of the house - this allows enough distance.

Ich bot mindestens 4 geeignete Alternativen an, nachdem ich mich selbst recht gut auskenne als klinikreferent. Die Dame war nicht gewillt, mir eine der alternativen auszuhändigen. Aber es gibt ja genug Apotheken in der Nähe, die flexibler sind. Klassische erbsenzaehlermentalitaet halt. Was just there at e.g. to fill an antibiotic prescription. Apparently not available. I offered at least 4 suitable alternatives, since I know myself quite well as a clinic representative. The lady was not willing to give me one of the alternatives. But there are enough pharmacies nearby that are more flexible. Classic pea counter mentality.

Da ich nur einen Mund-Nasen-Schutz trug, hat mich die Apothekenleiterin gleich auf die FFP2 Maskenpflicht in ihrem Geschäft hingewiesen (Hausrecht) und mein ärztliches Attest dafür hat sie nicht akzeptiert. Den Anmeldevorgang fürs Testen haben wir rasch draußen durchgeführt. Sie hat mich weder zu Wort kommen lassen, dafür aber in den ersten Sekunden nach Betreten des Geschäftes aufgebracht mit der Polizei gedroht und mich beschuldigt wenn es in ihrem Geschäft zu einem "Corona-Ausbruch" kommt. Die unüberlegte Wortwahl, Unfreundlichkeit und Überheblichkeit der Dame veranlasst mich, hier eine Bewertung dazulassen. I made an appointment at the Paracelsus pharmacy to have my little daughter tested. Since I was only wearing mouth and nose protection, the pharmacy manager immediately pointed out the FFP2 mask requirement in her shop (domestic rights) and she did not accept my medical certificate for this. We quickly carried out the registration process for testing outside. She didn't let me speak, but in the first few seconds after entering the shop she threatened to call the police and accused me if there was a "corona outbreak" in her shop. The thoughtless choice of words, unfriendliness and arrogance of the lady prompted me to leave a review here.
