★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht nur besonders freundlich, sondern darüber hinaus auch noch unkompliziert und korrekt! 2017 hatte sich die Verkäuferin mal verrechnet und ich hatte einen Fehlbetrag von ca. 15 Euro, der mir erst zuhause auffiel. Am nächsten Tag wieder dort und mein Leid geklagt. Es dauerte keine 24 Stunden und der Irrtum war aufgeklärt. Mit seröser, freundlicher Entschuldigung lag das Geld bereits für mich bereit. So geht man vorbildhaft mit Kunden um. Dies bestätigt sich wieder diese Woche. Dieses mal war´s der Automat der zwar gefräßig meine Münzen schluckte aber keine Zigaretten losließ. Ein Mail mit der Bitte um Klärung und eine Antwort in kurzer Zeit.....und wieder liegt das Geld parat. Fazit: Kaufen kann ich überall, Fehler dürfen auch passieren. Aber so wie Koppitz damit umgeht gehörts ins Lehrbuch! TOP!
Not only particularly friendly, but also uncomplicated and correct! In 2017 the saleswoman miscalculated and I had a shortfall of around 15 euros, which I only noticed at home. The next day there again and complained about my suffering. It took less than 24 hours and the error was cleared up. With a serious, friendly apology, the money was already ready for me. This is how you treat customers in an exemplary manner. This is confirmed again this week. This time it was the machine that hungrily swallowed my coins but never let go of cigarettes. An email asking for clarification and an answer in a short time ..... and again the money is ready. Conclusion: I can buy anywhere, mistakes can happen too. But the way Koppitz deals with it belongs in the textbook! TOP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chef engagiert sich sehr, um Kundenwünsche zu erfüllen. Wenn etwas nicht im Repertoire ist, wird es auch gerne bestellt.
Für E-Zigaretten gibt es mW in der gesamten Umgebung keine einzige Trafik mit einem vergleichbaren Angebot und Service, und zwar weit über Feldkirchen hinaus.

For e-cigarettes there is not a single tobacco shop in the entire area with a comparable range of products and services, far beyond Feldkirchen.
