Wat ik jammer vind is dat je als klant verplicht wordt om Duits te praten, omdat de telefoniste die ik heb gesproken geen engels kan. Wel zijn ze zeer vriendelijk en beleefd. Ik hoop dat ze hun service wat meer willen uitbreiden en toch ook zich focussen op de engelse taal, omdat dit in europa toch veel gesproken wordt. For the local people it seems like a very nice optician. What I think is a pity that as a customer you are obliged to speak German, because the telephone operator I spoke with cannot speak English. They are very friendly and polite. I hope that they want to expand their service a little more and still focus on the English language, because this is still widely spoken in Europe.
