★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So unhöfflich, dieser Abi, war einfach respektlos, essen war nicht gut, er putzt neben dem kebap, mit seinen handschuhen die chemikalien haben, und fasst den schnitzel an was mein freund bestellt hat, er fragt ob er ein frisches bekommen kann, der Abi ist aber ausgezuckt ohne grund…. Einfach respektlos.
 So rude, this Abi, was just disrespectful, the food wasn't good, he cleans next to the kebap, with his gloves that have chemicals, and touches the schnitzel that my friend ordered, he asks if he can get a fresh one, the Abi is however pulled out without reason…. Just disrespectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für cheese pommes 6€, die grad mal so groß sind wie meine Faust. Geht zum Bürger Kuhnst, da kriegt ihr für weniger doppelt bzw dreifach so viel!! Genauso haben wir 2h zuvor bestellt mit einer genauen Uhrzeit, trotzdem kam die Bestellung um einiges später.
Fazit: komplett überteuert!
For cheese fries 6€, which are about as big as my fist. Go to Citizen Kuhnst, you'll get twice or three times as much for less!! We also ordered 2 hours in advance with an exact time, but the order came a lot later.
Conclusion: completely overpriced!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I very much enjoyed my double patty cheese burger with jalapeños which was spicy as I like it. The delivery was very fast which surprised me since all other places took longer than their estimated time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He screamed at my friend, just because he wanted a fresh schnitzel… for what do you scream at a customer, we are just students, going to grab some good kebab, turn out, it is the most awe full and most shameless place on this God created earth… Doesn’t even care about the safety of his customers, what if my friend gets food poisoning? Such a shame, everyone told us that Paradiso was a good place, we had high hopes, but now, it isn’t anymore. It deserves to be closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very unprofessional. When we walked in shop the owner was cleaning near the kebab meat. He did not care at all that it was near the meat and he was not being careful at all of where the cleaning chemicals splashed on. My friend order a schnitzel sandwich. He took the schnitzel with the gloves that he was using to clean. When we called him out for it, he got really mad at us. He was just cursing at us. So, we respectfully walked out.
Also, when we entered he did not ask for the covid-19 pass. I feel like he did this with his other costumers too. I felt really unsafe there.
