Die Kombination professioneller Wissensvermittlung und praxisnaher Selbsterfahrung fördert die praktische Umsetzung, nach Vollendung der Ausbildung, enorm. Was mir jedoch vorrangig in Erinnerung geblieben ist, ist die wertschätzende Haltung und emphatische Begleitung. In einer Atmosphäre von Wärme und Wohlwollen eröffnet sich den Teilnehmer*innen der ideale Raum für menschliches Wachstum. Ich kann nur von Herzen Danke sagen! The flexibility in planning my LSB training, which I completed alongside a demanding full-time job, made my desire for further development possible in the first place. The combination of professional knowledge transfer and practical self-experience promotes the practical implementation enormously after completing the training. What I primarily remembered, however, is the appreciative attitude and emphatic accompaniment. In an atmosphere of warmth and benevolence, the ideal space for human growth opens up to the participants. I can only say thank you from the bottom of my heart!
B	Birgit Ullrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Trainerausbildung bei il war einfach einzigartig! Ich konnte so vieles mitnehmen, wie noch in fast keiner anderen Ausbildung zuvor. Learning by doing ist für mich seit vielen Jahren meine Art mir Wissen anzueignen und genau das und vieles mehr hat mir il ermöglicht. Die Trainerinnen gehen auf die Teilnehmerinnen einzeln ein, fordern und fördern dich und auch der Spass kommt nicht zu kurz. Einfach nur empfehlenswert :-) The trainer training at il was simply unique! I was able to take so much with me, like in almost no other training course before. For many years, learning by doing has been my way of acquiring knowledge and that is exactly what il made possible for me and much more. The trainers respond to the participants individually, challenge and encourage you and there is also plenty of fun. Just recommendable :-)
C	Corinna Hintenberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe bei dem il Institut meine Lebens- und Sozialberaterinnen Ausbildung und die Train-Train-the Trainer Ausbildung gemacht und war von Anfang an begeistert!!! :) Der Fokus liegt hier wirklich in der Umsetzung, Üben und Ausprobieren des Gelernten (was mir total wichtig ist, weil ich mit damit selbstständig gemacht habe und die Theorie somit schnellst möglich in der Praxis einsetzen wollte). Mit richtig viel Spaß, Leidenschaft und wirklich abwechslungsreichen Methoden führen alle il-Trainer*innen durch das Programm. Von ganzem Herzen empfehle ich das Institut weiter! Vorallem, wenn du mit Freude neue Dinge, Menschen und dich selbst kennenlernen möchtest. Alles Liebe, Corinna I did my life and social counseling training and the train-train-the trainer training at the il institute and was enthusiastic from the start !!! :) The focus here is really on implementing, practicing and trying out what I have learned (which is very important to me because I did it myself and wanted to put the theory into practice as quickly as possible). All il trainers guide you through the program with a lot of fun, passion and really varied methods. I wholeheartedly recommend the institute! Noch nie habe ich eine Ausbildung in dieser Art besucht, welche mich auf so wunderbare Art und Weise weiterentwickelt, inspiriert und mein Herz zum Höherschlagen gebracht hat. Das ganze Team rund um il und Thomas ist fantastisch. Die Inhalte werden wunderbar übermittelt und man lernt so viel über sich selbst. Genau richtig, wenn man sich auf diesen Weg der Ausbildung begibt. il-Ausbildungen machen Lust auf mehr und hat man einmal diese Erfahrung gemacht, möchte man mehr davon und nicht mehr aufhören. Sehr zu empfehlen. I really enjoyed my training as an NLP practitioner and systemic coach. I have never attended an apprenticeship of this kind, which has developed and inspired me in such a wonderful way and made my heart beat faster. The whole team around il and Thomas is fantastic. The content is wonderfully transmitted and you learn so much about yourself. Exactly right when you embark on this path of training. IL trainings make you want more and once you have had this experience, you want to do more of it and not stop. We recommend.

Und das hat sich in den letzten zwei Jahren nicht verändert. Egal welche Aus- oder Weiterbildung jemand machen möchte: soll es mit fundiert ausgebildeten Trainern, Praxisnähe und Spaß sein, ist man bei il richtig. I am doing my training as a life and social counselor at the il institute. Even in the basic courses at the beginning I felt that I was picked up and carried out well. And that hasn't changed in the last two years. Regardless of which training or further education someone wants to do: If it is to be with well-trained trainers, practical relevance and fun, then you are at the right place at il.

In my entire period of study to become a teacher, I have not been able to experience such a good seminar (methodological / didactic) as with il.
