Die große Auswahl und die Wertschätzung seitens des Teams ermöglichen ein sehr entspanntes Ausprobieren und Anpassen. Selbst bei hoher Auslastung (Samstagnachmittag) erhält man professionelle Beratung und Unterstützung. Pleasant atmosphere, very friendly and above all competent advice - also for newcomers to glasses. The large selection and the appreciation on the part of the team allow a very relaxed experimentation and adjustment. Even when the workload is high (Saturday afternoons), you can get professional advice and support.

Vorbildliches Kundenservice (Freundlich, Kompetent, Geduldig, Professionell - das sind alle drei Mitarbeiter vor Ort!) , faire Preise (kann sein, dass irgendwann irgendwer irgendwo mal billiger sein möge, ich weiß es nicht, ich bin dankbar, dass ich sagen kann, nicht nur auf den Preis sondern auf das Gesamtpaket schauen zu können) und ein heimisches Familienunternehmen (dessen Eigentümer offensichtlich noch Werte wie Zuverlässigkeit, Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Kundenorientierung vermittelt und vorlebt -z.B. Zufriedenheitsgarantie, Gratis Brillenreinigungsmittel-Nachfüllservice, etc). So geht Optiker! Bitte weiter so??? After an optics discounter and an (expensive and not 100% convincing) optician, our family glasses odyssey has finally come to an end since September. Exemplary customer service (friendly, competent, patient, professional - that's all three employees on site!), Fair prices (it may be that someday someone somewhere might be cheaper, I don't know, I'm grateful that I can say Not only being able to look at the price but at the overall package) and a local family business (whose owner obviously still conveys and exemplifies values such as reliability, trustworthiness and customer orientation - e.g. satisfaction guarantee, free glasses cleaning agent refill service, etc.). This is how opticians work! Please keep it up???
