After about 10 minutes the bartender got the manager of the place. This guy helped us out nicely. He gave me my money back and made sure we could use the coupons we got.
We got a coupon because our plane was delayed. The bartender took our order (after we told him we would like to pay by coupon) then he got our drinks, tried the coupon which they do not accept here and we still had to pay everything.
Next time, try the coupon first before you make any drinks or food so we can order somewhere else.
But even that he could not understand after my explanation, just saying he wasn't a manager and it's not his problem...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bar experience we had in a while and mostly because of the amazing bartenders. They took amazing care of us, were polite, nice and fun. The beer and drinks were great as well. It was a perfect start to our trip and can only recomend. ❤️
