Nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit trudelte gemächlich ein junger Herr ein. Währenddessen hatten schon 6 andere Interessenten aufgegeben Und sind gegangen. Der informierte mich darüber, dass er schon alle Maschinen geputzt hätte und ich deshalb keinen Smoothie mehr bekommen könnte. Wenn ich mich beschweren wolle, könnte ich zu seinem Chef gegenüber gehen. Auch dieser sagte, da heute nicht so viel los gewesen wäre, hätten sie einfach früher Schluss gemacht. Eine Stunde früher?! Kunden hätte es ja genug gegeben, hätte sie jemand hinter der Theke bedient. Ich war eigentlich zufrieden mit den Do und Co Lokalen am Flughafen, das Essen war immer OK und der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend. Heute war aber jeglicher Service inexistent und die Antworten des Managers einfach nur patzig. Since no one was behind the counter, I checked the opening hours - the store has until 21h on. So I waited. After a waiting time of 20 minutes, a young gentleman came in leisurely. Meanwhile, 6 other interested parties had already given up and left. He informed me that he had already cleaned all machines and therefore I could not get a smoothie anymore. If I wanted to complain, I could go over to his boss. He also said that since not so much was going on today, they would have just quit earlier. An hour earlier?! Customers would have given enough if someone had served them behind the counter. I was actually happy with the Do and Co restaurants at the airport, the food was always OK and the service was friendly and accommodating. Today, however, any service was non-existent and the manager's answers were just scruffy.
M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small sandwich (“bread roll”) that tastes really good and double espresso that’s bit light = 12.5EUR. Good of you’re on company trip and waiting for a bus. :)
