The lady with blond curls was unnecessarily rude, complicated, and uncooperative. Her English also leaves a lot to be desired.

Acquisto VIENNA CITY CARD!
Purchase VIENNA CITY CARD! Vienna city card! with € 17.00 you travel one day inside, unlimited, on the trains and trams of the "wiener lines". Costing a single cost approximately € 2.60, it is clear that the vienna city card is very convenient. I wouldn't even consider the "Vienna pass", as it only included the double-decker bus and discounts on museum / castle / palace entrances. Trains and "wiener lines" trams are excluded from this card. (Buying the vienna city card for 2 days, it costs € 25.00 / person and 3 days it costs € 29.00 / person) The vienna city card can be purchased online. Save the qcode on your mobile phone (or print the reservation) and then, you can physically collect the card: 1) AT VIENNA AIRPORT at terminal 3, near the star bucks bar, in front of the johanns' bier (bar) - in front of the "Schmitt & trunk" (shop selling various items, balloons, etc.) opening hours of the "tourist info" 7.00-22.00 . 2) TOURIST INFO IN THE CENTER OF VIENNA this tourist info is located in a corner building from the sacher hotel. I hope I have been useful to someone since I have this information when I searched I DID NOT FIND THEM!

The help desk rep (old guy, the younger girl seemed fine) seemed to hate foreigners/tourists/non-German speaking people. Was constantly rolling his eyes and mumbling something while answering our questions about the Vienna cards and passes - I get they are repetitive but what can you expect. Tourists might seem dumb to you, but still be professional. If it's so bad, maybe don't work at a visitor information center at an international airport...

Arrived on a delayed flight, it was good to find Information Centre staff still at the desk at 11:45pm. Asked if the airport Express train was still running, was told "yes" and shown where to buy express train tickets. Purchased tickets for family, went to platform only to find the express trains stopped at 11:37pm. Other people were also given the same incorrect information and had to find alternative transport into the city. Went back to the information desk, staff were gone. Fortunately 1 way express tickets are valid for 30 days so we'll be able to use them to get back to the airport.

I asked the young woman a direction with buses. She just wanted to get rid of me sending me to the train stations. When I asked why she couldn't help me she said with a big smile "it wasn't her job" and that she was just informing people on the flights...
