Es nimmt niemand ab. Auf AB um Rückruf gebeten, ebenfalls keine Reaktion. Viel Zeitverschwendung mit dieser Firma. Kann ich nicht empfehlen. I contacted the company a total of six times by e-mail, there was no response in each case. Tried to contact us over 10 times by phone. Nobody picks it up. Asked to call back on AB, no response either. Much waste of time with this company. I can't recommend it.

Garantiereparaturen dauern Wochen, es wird versprochen, versprochen, versprochen... und wieder verschoben. Das Schlimmste, Kunden werden belogen! "Die Papiere haben wir am Dienstag eingeschrieben versendet! Ganz sicher!" Poststempel Freitag, nicht eingeschrieben (Typenschein)! Sorry, unmöglich! Updates folgen... ☹ Unreliable and never answer the phone! Very difficult for customers who do not live in the neighborhood. Warranty repairs take weeks, it's promised, promised, promised ... and postponed again. Worst of all, customers are being lied to! "We sent the papers by registered mail on Tuesday! Absolutely!" Postmark Friday, not registered (type certificate)! Sorry, impossible! Updates will follow ... ☹

L	Laurin Imre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sehr Enttäuscht! Habe mir letztes Jahr eine Kawasaki Ninja gekauft und nur Probleme. Habe extra einen Termin ausgemacht Pickerle, neue Reifen und die Felge reparieren die auf einmal kaputt war. 4 Monate gewartet immer nur vertröstet geworden keine Antwort keiner hatte sich gemeldet und waren auch hin und wieder sehr unfreundlich. Bei dem Pickerle haben sie ein Teil getauscht ohne irgendwie sich bei mir zu melden weil es defekt war. Fazit: Geh nie wieder hin und empfehle es auch keinem außer ihr lässt euer Motorrad gerne lange stehen ohne zu wissen wann es fertig ist! Very very disappointed! Bought a Kawasaki Ninja last year and only had problems. I made an extra appointment Pickerle, new tires and repair the rim that was suddenly broken. Waited 4 months, always only put off, no answer, no one had contacted us and they were very unfriendly from time to time. With the Pickerle they exchanged a part without contacting me in any way because it was defective. Conclusion: never go there again and don't recommend it to anyone unless you like to leave your bike for a long time without knowing when it will be ready!
