Sollte eine Größe oder Modell nicht auf Lager sein wird auch nach Möglichkeit individuell bestellt und man kann den Schuh super bequem im Laden abholen. Great and friendly advice. If a size or model is not in stock is also ordered if possible individually and you can pick up the shoe super comfortable in the store.

ECCO) super bedient. Kaufe selbst auch viele Schuhe dort, gute Qualität hat ihren Preis und auch die Beratung ist super. Da kann Amazon und Co nicht mithalten. Und wenn man weiß wie die GROSSEN ihren Preis machen … Immer wieder gerne Shoe.Store Unfortunately, I cannot understand the negative recession ahead of me, always a kind of perspective. I buy locally and I have great service at Shoe.Store (formerly ECCO). Buy a lot of shoes yourself, good quality has its price and the advice is great. Amazon and Co. cannot keep up. And if you know how the BIG ones make their price ... Always happy to have Shoe.Store

Kann man nur empfehlen, den Laden! I rarely find shoes my size. I found what I was looking for in the shoe store thanks to the large selection and also great advice. I can only recommend the shop!

Damals in der Gastronomie auf Empfehlung eines Freundes (nie Rückenschmerzen oder müde Beine) habe ich zum ersten mal Schuhe dieser Marke gekauft. Noch heute kaufe ich 2-3 Paar Ecco Schuhe pro Jahr. In das Geschäft in der Europapassage komme ich immer wieder vorbei, um zu sehen was es neues gibt. Das Personal ist steht's freundlich und bemüht. Leider bietet der eigene Shop von Ecco bei Amazon oft Schuhe (ein und das selbe Modell) billiger an, als im eigenen Flag-Store Shop in der Europapassage in Dornbirn?! Das ist für mich als langjähriger Kunde (der Marke) ein Ärgernis, unverständlich und traurig (und man fühlt sich verar...)! Das Kundenmanagment von Ecco ist für mich ebenfalls verbesserungswürdig, den nach 20 Jahren, gab's bis heute kein Danke, dass sie unserer Marke treu bleiben und unsere Schuhe kaufen, noch ein "goodie" in irgend einer Form. Fazit: die Produkte von Ecco sind sehr gut (aber leider oft zu teurer) - customer relationship managent - sucks! I have been wearing Ecco brand shoes for more than 20 years. Back then in the catering trade on the recommendation of a friend (never back pain or tired legs) I bought shoes of this brand for the first time. I still buy 2-3 pairs of Ecco shoes a year. I keep coming back to the shop in the Europapassage to see what's new. The staff is always friendly and hard-working. Unfortunately, Ecco’s own shop on Amazon often sells shoes (one and the same model) cheaper than in their own flag store shop in the Europapassage in Dornbirn ?! For me, as a long-term customer (of the brand), this is a nuisance, incomprehensible and sad (and you feel ruined ...)! Ecco’s customer management is also in need of improvement for me, because after 20 years there has been no thank you for staying loyal to our brand and buying our shoes, nor a "goodie" in any form. Conclusion: the products from Ecco are very good (but unfortunately often too expensive) - customer relationship management - sucks!
