ABER müssen sich die Mitarbeiter lauthals über die Sprechanlage unterhalten über die Nutzung des Fahrstuhls oder ähnliches... und dann auch noch in einem genervten Ton??? Und leider komme ich meistens nicht in alle Gänge mit dem Kinderwagen, weil diese zu eng sind oder eine Sitzgrlegenheit in der Mitte steht... Exchange easily possible at Deichmann CHAPEAU! BUT the employees have to talk loudly about the intercom about the use of the elevator or similar ... and then also in an annoyed tone ??? Sie sagte mir dass sie das was ich suche nicht haben und ich doch bitte meine Maske abnehmen soll da sie mich schlecht versteht. Als ich sie darauf hingewiesen hab das ein Schuh von der Art die ich suche hinter ihr steht sagte sie nur dann soll ich eben selbst suchen und ging weg... Die zweite Mitarbeiterin war hilfreich. So the first employee who advised me simply didn't feel like working. She told me that I do not have what I am looking for and that I should please take off my mask because she understands me badly. When I pointed out that there was a shoe of the type I'm looking for, she said only then should I look for it myself and went away ... The second employee was helpful.
