A	Andreas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mir eien Garage dort gemietet. Zuerst komplett falsch inseriert, falsche Preisauskunft, dann wurde mir der falsche Besichtigungstermin genannt. Bei der Besichtigung wurde mir der falsche (!) Parkplatz gezeigt. Plötzlich wurde 1 Woche später die Miete erhöt. Das Makler die Motivation und Fähigkeiten eines 5 jährigen haben ist ja nix neues, ihr Geld bekommen die ja so, oder. Aber so einen misserablen Service habe ich selten erlebt. I rented a garage there. First completely wrongly advertised, wrong price information, then I was given the wrong viewing date. During the tour I was shown the wrong (!) Parking lot. Suddenly 1 week later the rent was increased. The fact that brokers have the motivation and skills of a 5 year old is nothing new, they get their money that way, right? But I have seldom experienced such unsavory service.

Der Informationsfluss, als auch die Reaktionsschnelligkekt diverser Handlungen kann man meines Erachtens nicht besser machen. Dringende Mängelbehebung erst nach Einschaltung der Mieterhilfe. Worst, most unprofessional and most ignorant property management I have ever had to experience. At best, inquiries will be answered after several inquiries. Urgent rectification of defects only after tenant assistance has been called in.

It can take weeks or even months to get a reply to simple queries due to the fact that emails and phone calls are not responded to. I have even had money debited from my account incorrectly, without any apology. If there is money to be made on their side, you will probably find them to be very efficient to the point of rude and inconsiderate, but in the opposite situation, where money is owed due to over charging or unreturned deposits, I have most often felt ignored.
