Meine Tochter hat für eine Woche ein Snowboard geliehen, mit dem Wunsch, während der Woche zu Skiern zu wechseln. Bisher war dies, wie auch andernorts, unkompliziert möglich gewesen. Auch dieses Mal sagte man uns, ein Wechsel sei "jederzeit" möglich. Leider war in der Größe meiner Tochter (37) nur ein Paar Schuhe verfügbar, das nicht optimal passte. Als wir daher zum Tauschen kamen, sagte man uns, ein Tausch sei erst wieder nachmittags, also mit zweistündiger Wartezeit möglich. Ein paar zusätzliche Skier hätten wir aber kostenpflichtig sofort leihen können. Wir sind langjährige Kunden gewesen und finden dieses Geschäftsgebaren als so enttäuschend, dass wir zukünftig andernorts leihen werden. Sadly, this store isn't what it used to be... My daughter borrowed a snowboard for a week with a desire to switch to skis during the week. So far, as in other places, this was easily possible. Also this time we were told that a change was possible "at any time". Unfortunately there was only one pair of shoes available in my daughter's size (37) that didn't fit perfectly. So when we came to swap, we were told that a swap would not be possible until the afternoon, so there would be a two-hour wait. We could have borrowed a couple of additional skis immediately for a fee. We have been long term customers and find this business practice so disappointing that we will be hiring elsewhere in the future.

Bei Intersport Wolfart war die Beratung mit weitem Abstand am besten und kompetentesten ....und auch noch unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend!!! Ach ja....der Preis war auch noch unschlagbar günstig! I was looking for a new ski helmet and had already visited several sports shops (especially in Ischgl). At Intersport Wolfart, the advice was by far the best and most competent .... and also incredibly friendly and courteous!!! Oh yes.... the price was also unbeatably cheap!
E	Erste Klasse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen. Habe mir dort ein Set Langlaufski ausgeliehen und mir wurde die falsche Größe mitgegeben, inkl. falscher Bindungseinstellung. Leider erst in der Loipe gemerkt, musste dann wieder zurück ins Sportgeschäft um den Ski gegen ein passendes Paar zu tauschen, dadurch sind mir gute 3 Stunden für meine Tour verloren gegangen. Was mich am meisten geärgert hat, war das ich nicht mal eine Entschuldigung oder einen kleinen Nachlass bekommen habe. Gehe nie wieder hin! Not recommendable. I borrowed a set of cross-country skis there and was given the wrong size, including the wrong binding setting. Unfortunately, I only noticed this on the cross-country ski run, then had to go back to the sports shop to exchange the skis for a suitable pair, which meant that I lost a good 3 hours for my tour. What annoyed me the most was that I didn't even get an apology or a small discount. Don't ever go there again!
