E	Ebru-Ela Bekar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliches Personal, haben im Juni ein Kinderfahrrad gekauft ( wir wussten nicht, da wir aus Dornbirn kommen, dass es um 13 Uhr schließt durften aber trotzdem einkaufen ). Ging leider kaputt. Man hat es uns trotz fehlender Rechnung umgetauscht. Friendly staff, bought a children's bike in June (we didn't know, as we come from Dornbirn, that it closes at 1 p.m. but we were still allowed to shop). Unfortunately broke. They exchanged it for us despite the missing invoice.

L	Little Mignon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bereits zum dritten Mal abgewiesen mit meinem Auto um ne Glühbirne zu wechseln. Ich als Autofahrer sehe es als Sicherheitsrelevantes Risiko ohne Licht zu fahren. Schade das man diese Reparatur die 5 Minuten dauert nicht machen kann und man als Kunde weg geschickt wird und im dunkeln ohne Licht heim fahren muss. Rejected for the third time with my car to change a light bulb. As a driver, I see it as a safety risk to drive without lights. It's a shame that you can't do this repair, which takes 5 minutes, and as a customer you are sent away and have to drive home in the dark without light.
K	Klaudia Degen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute um 11Uhr zum Reifenwechsel. meine alten Winterreifen wollte man nicht mehr montieren, weil der Indikator erreicht war. Verstehe ich nicht, weil der Reifen noch die erforderliche Profiltiefe aufwies. ich musste mich schnellstens entscheiden für einen neuen Reifen und habe dann den Vorschlag der Verkäuferin angenommen. auch wenn ich nicht vergleichen konnte, bin ich mit der Wahl der Verkäuferin zufrieden. der Continental fährt sich wie auf Wolken. Und der Reifen ist auch perfekt gewuchtet. dafür die 4 Sterne. :-) ABER::: der Monteur war um 1155 Uhr fertig, trotzdem musste ich bis 1225 warten, bis ich endlich zahlen konnte, weil das Computersystem abgeschaltet war. ich war zeitlich extrem unter Druck, weil ich um 1300 Uhr eine Telefonkonferenz hatte.....wegen der Verzögerung musste ich den Termin dann auf einem Parkplatz auf der A14 wahrnehmen. das war sehr unangenehm. deshalb der Punktabzug Was today at 11 o'clock to change tires. They didn't want to fit my old winter tires anymore because the indicator was reached. I don't understand because the tire still had the required tread depth. I had to decide on a new tire as quickly as possible and then accepted the seller's suggestion. Even if I couldn't compare, I'm satisfied with the seller's choice. the Continental drives like on clouds. And the tire is also perfectly balanced. therefor the 4 stars. :-) BUT ::: the fitter finished at 1155, but I still had to wait until 1225 to finally pay because the computer system was switched off. I was under extreme pressure because I had a conference call at 1300 o'clock ..... because of the delay I had to keep the appointment in a parking lot on the A14. that was very uncomfortable. hence the point deduction
a	andreas yashiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gekaufte Fahrradtrager war elektrichdefekt, beim ersten Mal in der Werkstatt wurde es behauptet die Steckdose am Auto wäre das Problem, dass ohne es zu testen! Beim Opele wurde das Gegenteil festgestellt. Beim 2en Veusuch dann hat es geklappt mit der Reparatur,! Beim abholen der Fahrradtrager fragte meine Frau um einen rabat für einen Helm, "Sie sollten froh sein das wir es gratis repariert haben", war die Antwort! Also, unprofessioneller geht es nicht! Bought bike rack was defective, the first time in the workshop it was claimed that the socket on the car would be the problem without testing it! The opposite was found with the Opele. With the 2nd Veusuch it worked with the repair! When picking up the bike racks, my wife asked for a discount on a helmet. "You should be glad we fixed it for free," was the answer! So, it couldn't be more unprofessional!
